TH68 Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Usage Guidelines

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" or "TH68" refers to the official website accessible at th68.plus and all services provided therein.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at TH68.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a member to access TH68 services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the actual funds (excluding bonuses) held in a member's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to bonus credits, promotional offers, or any form of incentive granted by TH68 to its members.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum wagering amount that must be met before a bonus or bonus winnings can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by TH68 before processing any withdrawal.

TH68 services are available only to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Not restricted by the laws of your country or region of residence from participating in online entertainment activities.
• Not previously banned or suspended from the TH68 platform for any prior breach of terms.
• Registering in a personal capacity, not as a representative or agent of a business entity.

TH68 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. If a member is found to not meet the eligibility requirements, TH68 reserves the right to close the account and withhold all bonus balances that have not yet met their conditions.

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only at TH68. Opening multiple accounts is a breach of terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or wins.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. False or inaccurate information may result in account suspension and issues during the withdrawal process.

• Use an active email address that belongs to you.
• Set a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Notify TH68 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

TH68 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

TH68 supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia. All financial transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your funds.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is set at the amount stated on the platform's Deposit page.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your account within the specified timeframe once payment is confirmed.
• TH68 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment service provider may impose their own charges.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted.

Withdrawal:

• All withdrawal requests are subject to a review process that requires successful KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by TH68.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen payment method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to 3 business days.
• TH68 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review purposes if required.

TH68 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. Each bonus offer is subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.

• Bonuses may only be used by eligible members and cannot be transferred to another account.
• The wagering requirement must be met within the stipulated timeframe before any withdrawal is permitted.
• TH68 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus granted if there is evidence of abuse or an attempt to manipulate the bonus system.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash — they must first be used for wagering in accordance with the specified conditions.
• If a member makes a withdrawal before the wagering requirements are fulfilled, TH68 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated wins.

All games available on the TH68 platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, and sports betting — are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective software providers. Game-specific rules can be found within each game's interface.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a provable technical fault exists.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, TH68 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly based on available system records.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are set by the provider and displayed within the game.
• TH68 uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all chance-based games to ensure the fairness of every round.

To protect platform integrity and safeguard all members, the following actions are strictly prohibited at TH68:

• Opening more than one account (whether in your own name or using another person's identity).
• Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
• Colluding with other members to exploit the bonus system or games (bonus abuse, chip dumping).
• Uploading false or altered documents during the KYC process.
• Using illegally obtained funds to make deposits (money laundering).
• Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt TH68's systems and infrastructure.
• Spreading false or misleading information about TH68 to other users.

TH68 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of any term in this document.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the TH68 support team. Prior to closure, all identity verification requirements must be fulfilled to allow any remaining balance to be withdrawn.

• For account closures due to terms violations, TH68 reserves the right to withhold any related bonus balances and winnings.
• For voluntary closure by a member, the real money balance (excluding bonuses) will be processed for withdrawal once the KYC review is completed.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee deducted from the account balance.

TH68 provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. While we always strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly and without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will be available at all times without technical issues.

• TH68 is not responsible for any losses arising from internet service disruptions, user device issues, or factors beyond our control.

• TH68 is not responsible for any financial decisions made by members based on information obtained from the platform.
